Job Description: We have requirement for the post of Sr. Manager QA, QC & Product Development in Reitzel India Private Limited.
Technical Demands:-
Should have experience in partnering senior client group preferably in a corporate environment and be able to coach, influence and engage managers and workers
2. Should be able to set up and ensure quality related processes & systems in plant.
3. Establish, implement and improve quality management system to comply with Global Food Safety recognized standards.
4. Ensure produced products are met local food regulation as well as food safety regulation at destination countries.
5. Liaison with related external parties including vendors to achieve and maintain Food Safety & Quality certifications, investigate non-conformity & follow up corrective actions
6. Monitor specification compliance and provide to feedback to production for improvements
7. Lead QC and liaise with Production to ensure products quality meets customers expectations, Analyze trends / issue for continuous improvement in specification compliance.
8. Ensure basic food safety practices are trained to new staff and refresh training
9. Ensure competency of QA team to implement and maintain quality & food safety system
10. Liaise with production to train and ensure operators/workers, whose work reflects to food safety & critical control points are adequately trained.
